ANJN group was founded in Australia, is a fast-emerging AI / Automation company whose purpose is to help organisations build and implement automation strategies. Our focus is to bring efficiency to our client's IT and business processes by leveraging RPA, ML and AI technologies.

About the role

  • Responsible to oversee the initial infrastructure setup for the dev, test and production environment and RPA deployment options.

  • Responsible for ensuring best practices, proper coding standards and guidelines are laid out for the overall RPA Solution delivery. 

  • Develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility

  • Create RPA approach/strategy

  • Responsible to estimate the time & cost and plans on the technical delivery.

  • Collaborating with Business Analyst on feasibility, defining and optimization of the end to end business processes/ operations

  • Responsible for designing the high-level solution and identifying reusable components, manage configurable parameters, queues and schedules of Robots to optimize the cost and runtime.

  • Mentoring the developers to help in troubleshooting and debugging of the issues

  • Responsible for establishing good quality deliverable by code review and audit. Contribute to the functional testing documents to meet acceptance testing criteria

  • Collaborating with the Architecture team and governance to ensure alignment of the solution with the long-term approach for the business and Incorporating software and system architecture into conceptual designs

  • Consultative pre and post sales engagement activities  

  • Facilitating and/or participating in the identification of the appropriate Automation solution to nonstandard requests and business problems

 

Skills and experience

  • Sound experience in developing, testing and deploying IT solutions

  • Sound knowledge and experience with RPA tools, such as UiPath, OpenSpan, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.

  • Solid understanding of RPA technology, architecture concepts, delivery methodologies

  • Previous experience as senior developer / architect / technical consultant /development manager working with onshore/offshore teams

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software professional in any one of the popular programming languages like for .NET (C#, C++ or VB) and/or Java

  • Good understanding of business processes and the technical architecture of the solutions

  • Proven ability to analyse, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration

  • Infrastructure knowledge including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers etc. is imperative

  • Sound communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly both verbally and in writing 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, engaging and comfortable with client relationship

  • Versatile, enthusiastic and self-motivated

  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills and result oriented
